Better makes it better. I “red-pilled” ages ago when it comes to butter. I love the stuff, and I know it’s good for me. I go with grass-fed organic most of the time. There is this local, West Country, butter at Lidl which is amazing too. Dr Berry mentioned in a video that butter is one of the most nutrient dense foods there is.
